Your Comfort

clinic

Designed with our patients in mind we are focused on your comfort and providing you with personal service.

With state-of-the-art dental chairs and ceiling mounted TVs streaming your choice of Netflix shows, we’ll take care of your teeth while you lie back and enjoy a show. We pay special attention to your comfort whether it’s a pillow, a blanket or a little lip balm because we are passionate about the hospitality we extend!

We understand that for some patients, visiting the dentist can trigger anxieties or apprehensions. We want you to feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you step inside our doors to the moment you leave and are committed to doing everything possible to help you feel more at ease during your visits.

We always ensure we reserve plenty of time for our patients to discuss any concerns and we encourage you to ask any questions you have.  It is our hope that in time we may be able to help you to turn around the way you feel about coming to the dentist but we also offer nitrous oxide relaxation gas or prescription medication for our patients in need.

Your First Appointment

When you arrive at your first appointment, you will be welcomed by our friendly front office team. Due to the current COVID-19 situation we will request you sanitise your hands prior to completing information about your medical history and general patient details on our patient iPad. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your reserved appointment time for completion of these forms.

For your convenience, we have patient bathroom facilities available and a comfortable waiting area fitted with a large screen television.

As health care professionals, the health and wellbeing of our patients, team and the wider community is always our top priority. As such, if at the time of your appointment government regulations dictate, you may be required to wear a mask and social distance whilst present in our waiting area.

Should any additional COVID precautionary measures be necessary during your appointment, these will be fully explained with you.

TRANSPORT & PARKING

We offer complimentary parking outside the practice however, we have no control over the availability of bays. Alternative parking is available directly across the road at Belmont Forum Shopping Centre. Please plan to allow yourself enough time to find parking.

Should you be travelling to Ageless Smiles Dental Centre by public transport, Transperth bus stops are conveniently located outside the practice.

LATE ARRIVALS

Appointment times are scheduled and reserved to enable enough time for you to receive the best quality treatment possible. Should you arrive late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

In the event we are running behind time, we sincerely apologise and will endeavour to call you to advise you of this so as to minimise your wait time at the practice.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration of our time and the time of our other patients.

CANCELLATION POLICY & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

At Ageless Smiles Dental Centre when scheduling an appointment for you, we reserve the time especially for your individual treatment needs.

Please be aware, the following fees will be applied when adequate notice isn’t given.

Less than 48 hours’ notice provided or failure to attend: $75 per each 30 minutes reserved.

Repetitive failures to attend and/or short notice cancellations will require a 50% non-refundable deposit of your planned treatment fees in order for us to book further appointments. If you do not attend this appointment your deposit will not be refunded.
