This patient attended for a check-up appointment and was not happy with the staining on her teeth. She used to drink a fair amount of Coffee and Tea and was also a smoker.
Rooshab was able to remove the stains with a simple scale and clean with the replacement of a few discoloured/ failing white resin restorations. Patient was very happy with the results.
This patient was a strong grinder and clencher and has worn down all of his teeth. Not only was he not happy with the appearance of his teeth, he was also complaining of reduced functionality finding it difficult to eat certain foods due to the missing teeth at the back of his mouth.
Firstly, Dr Malde built up the patient’s lower teeth.
This was followed by building up the patient’s top teeth and finally replacing the gaps with a lower partial denture, thus restored the patient’s functionality as well as appearance of his teeth.
This patient presented with cracks in her upper teeth. She was also not happy with the colour of her teeth and also the appearance of the big black triangle between her front teeth. Dr Rooshab explained all the options to her and she decided to have crowns as her treatment option.
Dr Rooshab crowned all the upper 8 teeth to treat the cracks in her teeth as well as improving her appearance. The patient was extremely happy with her smile.

This patient presented with missing tooth at the front of his mouth. He was not happy with the appearance. Options for replacing the gap was discussed with the patient, including denture, bridge and implant in full including advantages and disadvantages of each option.
The patient opted for a bridge to replace the gap and this was the finished result. Patient was very happy with the end result.
In this particular case, the patient was not happy with her smile. Her primary concern was that her gum over one of her front teeth was not even with the tooth next door, the colour of the teeth and that they were crooked.
This was solved by moving the gum away from the tooth on the left at the front and placing a combination of crowns and veneers around the tooth thus improving cosmetics.
Luke was a 13-yr old boy who had congenitally missing teeth at the front of his mouth. All options for replacement of gaps were discussed with patients including denture, bridge and implants.
The patient opted to have Maryland bridges on both sides which don’t require heavy destruction of the next door teeth, and are glued with wings to the back of them.
The patient’s functionality was restored and he was able to eat, talk and smile naturally again.
This patient was not happy with the appearance of his teeth. He had grown up in a village where excessive amounts of fluoride in his diet had causing gross staining.
Dr Malde improved the patients smile by completing veneers on all of his front teeth. This was a conservative approach to providing a smile makeover for the patient, and he was very happy with the final appearance of his teeth.
This patient had her tooth knocked when playing sport. The tooth had died. Root canal treatment was performed on this tooth to try to save it. The patient was unhappy with the discolouration of the tooth.
A course of internal bleaching was performed on this patient. This improved the appearance slightly but it was decided between the dentist and patient to perform another course.
The second course of treatment was a great success, and the appearance of the tooth was restored.
